Description:

Patients: This Phase I study involved 15 patients with advanced or recurrent colorectal cancer.

Treatment: The treatment (immunotherapy) consisted of a survivin-2B peptide vaccination.

Toxicity: Toxicities included: anemia (grade 2), general malaise (grade 1), and fever (grade 1). No severe adverse events were observed in any patient.

Results: Vaccination with survivin-2B peptide alone was not enough to elicit overt clinical responses.
