Description:

Patients:
This study involved 10 metastatic urothelial carcinoma patients who had received two prior chemotherapy regimens. The median patient age was 67 years and 8 were male.

Treatment:
Patients received chemotherapy with gemcitabine and nedaplatin.

Toxicities:
The most severe toxicities were grade 4 neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, and leukopenia. Grade 2 anorexia and fatigue were also reported.

Results:
The median overall survival was 8.8 months.
