Description:

Patients:
This study involved 119 previously treated, metastatic colorectal cancer patients. The median patient age was 63 years and 68.9% were male.

Treatment:
Patients received chemotherapy with capecitabine and gemcitabine.

Toxicities:
The most severe toxicities were of grade 4 and included grade 3-4 hand-foot skin reaction, nausea/vomiting, and diarrhea.

Results:
The median overall survival was 6.53 months.
